The romantic relationship between National Football League (NFL) star Travis Kelce and singer Taylor Swift has stirred buzz on social media for months. It appears that Kelce is willing to spend a massive amount of money to make the famed singer content, according to recent reports.
The Daily Mail pointed out that from lavish vacations and private jet trips to watch Swift perform to expensive gifts and kind gestures, it is estimated that the NFL star has spent about $8 million on his ongoing relationship with the singer.
Kelce’s relationship with Swift, which began in September 2023, has gripped the eyes of the country, but being such a high-profile individual comes with consequences.
The NFL star, who is garnering about $14 million as part of his $57 million contract with the Kansas City Chiefs, reportedly spent millions of his hard-earned cash to impress the Grammy Award-winning pop star during the six months of their relationship thus far.

The New York Post pointed out that Kelce has spent approximately $8 million in purchases related to his relationship with Swift. The outlet claimed that on Valentine’s Day, the football pro spent about $22,000 on gifts for the pop singer.
Among the gifts were pairs of designer clothes and accessories, including a $3,050 24-karat gold rose sculpture from the luxury company Perigold and two boxes of 250 roses, which reportedly cost $2,199 each.
“Travis knows what she likes and is always wanting to send her lots of nice flowers. [Now], Taylor can have the little rose sculpture with her all the time,” a source told The Sun of Kelce’s expenditures.
Kelce is also said to have gifted Swift a $1,050 black lambskin Dior beret, a $1,100 Celine hat, a $5,100 Bottega Veneta purse as well as a $1,300 Hermès Chevaux Dechaines shawl.
The NFL star also reportedly gave Swift custom matching bracelets with the letters TNT on them, meaning “Taylor n’ Travis.” The jewelry pieces cost $6,360 each.
Kelce has also spent over $1.2 million on private jet rides to support Swift at her shows. In November 2023, he traveled on a private plane from Kansas to Argentina to attend one of her performances.
