‘Get Over Yourself’: Hillary Clinton Tells Off Democrats Dissatisfied With Biden

While many Americans have mixed feelings over another election between former President Donald Trump and President Joe Biden, presidential-wannabe Hillary Clinton had a harsh message: “Get over yourself!”

The former secretary of state appeared on “The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon” to promote a new hyper-liberal Broadway show called “Suffs,” which centers around suffragists who fought for women’s right to vote.

Clinton herself was involved in the musical’s production as a producer.

Of course, when such a tenured political figure as Clinton comes onto the show, Fallon couldn’t help but bring up the upcoming presidential election.

“What do you say to voters who are upset that those are the two choices?” the host asked.

“Get over yourself; those are the two choices,” she bluntly responded, somehow garnering cheers from the crowd.

“You know, it’s kind of like, one is old and effective and compassionate, has a heart, and really cares about people, and one is old and has been charged with 91 felonies,” she argued. “I don’t understand why this is even a hard choice. Really. I don’t understand it.”

There’s quite a high level of irony with Clinton badmouthing the man who beat her in 2016 despite most sources indicating she was likely to win the election.

She then went on to push the narrative that if Trump were to be elected he would somehow undermine American democracy, a common fearmongering tactic from the Democratic Party.

“But we have to go through the election, and hopefully, people will realize what’s at stake because it’s an existential question. What kind of country we’re going to have, what kind of democracy we’re going to have,” she said.

“And people who blow that off are not paying attention, because it’s not like Trump, his enablers, his empowers, his allies are not telling us what they want to do,” she continued. “I mean, they’re pretty clear about what kind of country they want.”

The pair finished their spiel by encouraging viewers to go out and vote, never acknowledging the immense pitfalls of Biden as a presidential nominee.
