A disturbing confrontation at a Chipotle restaurant in Washington, D.C., occurred when a woman, upset over missing ingredients in her chicken burrito bowl, attacked an employee. The incident, which was captured in a viral video, shows the woman throwing a burrito bowl in the face of employee Roberto Hernandez after a dispute over her order.
The situation began when the woman received her order through UberEats, which was missing the meat and condiments she had ordered. When she went to the store to ask for a refund, she was told that the refund would need to come through UberEats. In response, she went behind the counter to take replacement bowls of food.
