President Donald Trump voiced his concerns about invoking the 25th Amendment against President Joe Biden during a Thursday appearance on “Fox & Friends.” Trump argued that replacing Biden with Vice President Kamala Harris would be a dangerous move, describing her as “worse than he is.”
Trump stated, “I don’t think they should use the 25th Amendment. Not long to go, you know, we have four months now and then he’s got another month and a half.” He then criticized Harris, calling her a “San Francisco radical” and suggesting she is a worse candidate than Biden. “She’s actually much worse and a way worse candidate than he is and she’s not doing very well,” he added.
When asked if America could survive a Harris presidency, Trump responded, “No,” labeling her “the most radical person we’ve probably had in office.” He also criticized Biden’s decision to pick Harris as his running mate despite her harsh treatment of him during the 2020 primary debates. “She was the meanest person up there. She was meaner to [Biden] than anybody else. She accused him of being racist with the buses,” Trump said.
Trump also addressed Harris’ recent suggestion that he was a “predator,” calling her comments “disgusting.” He expressed frustration at being advised to “be nice” despite being attacked, saying, “I’m dealing against real garbage when you hear that.”
