Stephen Miller, one of the leading voices on immigration policy in President Donald Trump’s administration, has once again drawn attention to what he says is an invasion of the United States. In a post to X, Miller outlined what he described as a crisis of national survival.
The White House Deputy Chief of Staff for Policy and Homeland Security Advisor said that entire communities have been overtaken and the American people have suffered through years of illegal entry and the erosion of the nation’s control over its borders.
The fundamental error in how immigration is being discussed in the courts and media is pretending that what happened to us over the last four years is a routine civil enforcement matter.
NO.
We were invaded and occupied. Entire neighborhoods were conquered.
Entire towns were…

Miller described the situation not as a bureaucratic issue, but as a fight to reverse the damage done under President Joe Biden’s open-border approach. He accused judges and media allies of trying to block Trump’s return to enforcing the mandate voters approved in 2016 and reaffirmed in 2024.
He pointed to the federal courts as part of the problem, saying they are attempting to force the government to give courtroom trials to every person who enters the country illegally. Miller said that would guarantee the crisis never ends.
He cited the Constitution’s Article 4, Section 4, and said that it gives the president the responsibility to stop any invasion. In his view, no federal judge has the authority to overrule that part of the law.
The message emphasized that the only path forward is to expel the illegal entrants and shut down the cartels driving human trafficking and drug smuggling into the country. Miller said these actions would lead to a restoration of the nation’s security.
He ended by stating that America will be liberated from the current situation, echoing the same message that has made him a key figure among conservative supporters of Trump’s immigration platform.
