President Trump Lays Down The Law At CPAC

Former President Trump’s remarks at CPAC in DC were widely well-received, with many drawing inspiration from the anti-establishment nods invoked throughout the speech. As was noted by American Greatness, the former president strongly emphasized the same “America First” agenda that ultimately brought him to the top in 2016.

Foreign policy was arguably a strong point of Trump’s talk — the former president highlighted that he was the first commander-in-chief in generations to not initiate any new wars. He promised to swiftly bring a conclusion to Ukraine’s war with Russia while also going after what he characterized as the “delinquent” NATO alliance. Trump pointed out that a win for Ukraine in the conflict is “far more important” to Europe “than it is to us.”

Other topics covered by the former president include a promise to blast the Mexican drug cartels into ashes, a beautification of American buildings via the use of Western-style architecture, a giant revamp of security protocols at the U.S.-Mexico border, and new monetary benefits to incentivize an increase in the continuously dwindling American birth rates.

“We will support baby boomers… and we will support baby bonuses… for a new baby boom,” Trump proclaimed during the speech, adding, “how does that sound… I want a baby boom.”

X Strategies LLC CEO Alex Bruesewitz shared the remarks on Twitter, commenting that he favors the proposal as “we must end the globalist’s war on nuclear families.”

The former president also discussed Hunter Biden’s infamous “laptop from hell” during the speech, joking about the imagined interaction between Joe Biden and his son following its troubling revelations.

Democrats were not the only ones in the former president’s firing line. Establishment Republicans were also put on blast during the speech, with Trump pledging, “We are never going back to the party of Paul Ryan, Karl Rove, and Jeb Bush.”

“At the end of the day anyone else will be intimidated, bought off, blackmailed, or ripped to shreds,” stated the former President.

Trump’s speech proved to be widely popular, as was indicated by numerous reactions from conservatives who support the former president and 2024 GOP primary polls bringing favorable results for The Donald.
